VTEX

The integration enables customers who make purchases or register in VTEX to be automatically synchronized with Keybe, creating or updating contacts in real time.

Updates made in VTEX to a contact’s information can modify the corresponding contacts in Keybe.

Purchase behaviors (such as products added to the cart or searches in VTEX) can be converted into sales opportunities in Keybe, enabling automated follow-ups.

NOTE: In 20% of cases, sales do not include the contact associated with the purchase, so the contact cannot be created in relation to the opportunity. VTEX supports anonymous purchases, meaning VTEX may not provide the contact details Keybe requires to link the contact (e.g., email or phone number).

Keybe can automatically send SMS or WhatsApp messages to confirm purchases or follow up after a transaction made in VTEX.

Keybe can receive data on abandoned carts from VTEX and trigger automatic messages (such as SMS or WhatsApp) to remind customers to complete their purchase.

Products are imported from the VTEX database and automatically updated every 48 hours.

NOTE: If a product’s name is modified in either Keybe or VTEX, the next 48-hour synchronization will create a new product instead of updating the existing one, as synchronization is based on product name rather than ID.
